Shipping policy

Free Shipping on Every Order

 

All orders ship free, with no minimum purchase.

 

Processing time: orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7-14 business days. Delivery to remote areas may take a few extra days. Some items ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 3-7 business days.

 

Tracking: as soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

 

Customs and duties: for orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or delayed packages: if your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us at support@kozorastore.com or on WhatsApp at +1 (873) 300-5381 and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
