To start a return, email us at support@kozorastore.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (873) 300-5381 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 48 hours with instructions.

 

Damaged or wrong items: if your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to send the item back.

 

Refunds: once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Non-returnable items: gift cards and items marked as final sale.

 

Order cancellations: you can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, before it ships.
